Protect+ Customer Terms & Conditions

These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Protect+ services when you choose
to add Protect+ coverage or returns services during checkout from a participating merchant
(“Merchant”).
By selecting, purchasing, or using any Protect+ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Protect+ LLC, Delaware, United States
2. What Protect+ Is
Protect+ provides optional services including package protection, returns, exchanges, and warranties.
Protect+ is not an insurance company.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
4. How Protection Works
Claims must be submitted through the Protect+ portal with required documentation.
5. Coverage Limits & Exclusions
Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions.
6. Fees
Fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once coverage begins.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital services are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Relationship to Merchant
The Merchant is responsible for products and fulfillment.
9. Fraud & Abuse
Protect+ may deny claims if abuse or fraud is detected.
10. Privacy
Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the Protect+ fee paid.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
